Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP Service & Asset Management Consultant to support and enhance SAP solutions related to service operations and asset lifecycle management. The consultant will work with business teams to streamline maintenance, service processes, and asset performance using SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for service and asset management processes
Configure and support SAP functionalities related to service, maintenance, and asset management
Work on:
- Service Orders & Notifications
- Asset Lifecycle & Master Data
- Maintenance Planning & Execution
- Warranty & Contract Management
- Resource Scheduling
Ensure integration with related SAP modules (e.g., PM/EAM, CS/SM, MM, SD, FI)
Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and process optimization
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
Participate in implementation, rollout, and support projects
Perform testing, documentation, and user training

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with SAP Service Management / Asset Management / EAM / PM
Strong understanding of:
- Asset & Equipment Master Data
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Service Processes & Workflows
- Contracts & Warranty Management
- Spare Parts & Inventory Integration
Experience with cross-module integration (MM, SD, FI)
Ability to perform business process mapping & gap analysis
Experience in support, enhancement, or implementation projects
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification (nice to have)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management / Service
Knowledge of Fiori apps / UI improvements (advantage)
