Job Description:
" An Engagement Manager supports the selling and delivering of large and complex engagements at TCS clients including S/4 HANA technology. These are typically multi-tower transformational programmes involving SAP S/4 HANA led business change, infrastructure changes and business process outsource.
" The S/4 RTR specialist brings that experience and expertise to TCS opportunities and engagements which can include taking responsibility for the RTR solution, estimates and delivery.
Responsibilities:
" Bring SAP S/4 HANA RTR experience and expertise to TCS opportunities and engagements.
" Build out the S/4 RTR capability within the team
" Capture and develop the knowledge and understanding of S/4 RTR within the team
" Work closely with TCS Engagement Directors / Partners to achieve identified outcomes.
" Pursue qualified opportunities.
" Deliver quality engagements on time and on budget.
" Provide leadership to TCS team members and client project managers assigned to the projects.
" Support the growth of the S/4 group through various practice building activities, including supporting thought leadership.
" 5+ years SAP RTR experience
" Demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one end to end S/4 implementation to include:
" A detailed knowledge of S/4 RTR
" Design and configuration of S/4 RTR processes with complementary knowledge of:
? Inter-company processes
? GL, FA, A/R, A/P, T&E
? A broad understanding of integration between RTR and PP, OTC, PTP and other relevant modules.
" Planning and conducting user facing workshops in order to match the clients' business processes to the standard processes available in S/4 RTR and to capture optimization and solution configuration needed by the customer while minimizing customizations.
" Prior experience in a consulting environment is preferred
" Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people.
" Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
" Highly motivated and driven, keen attention to detail, flexible and analytical
" Experience supporting business development activities preferred.
" A hands-on approach together with willingness to accept responsibility.
" Willingness to travel Mondays to Thursdays.
