  • Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions

  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
  • Understanding of Time Sheet, Time Off structure and leave management in global organization.
  • Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML.
  • Must have worked on MDF, MDF portlets, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows.
  • Should have experience on Contingent Workforce management and Concurrent Employment.
  • System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/ Business Blueprint
  • Expertise in translations and must uploaded translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
  • Preparation & Execution of Test Cases/Test Plans/Test scripts
  • Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments

Qualifications: Please list the must have skills.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP HCM, in PA/ OM / Payroll/ Recruitment & Performance Management.
  • Must be a lead, and know SAP HR configuration and integrations, data analysis, data uploads. Need to provide oversight direction to/work with the 2 offshore India resources.
  • Experience in minimum 2 End to End SAP HCM implementations for each of these phases requirement gathering, conduct workshops, build, training, testing, data migration
  • Hands on Experience on PA/OM/Payroll /Time Management Preferably for Indian Payroll.
  • Good understanding on business requirement related to HR process
  • Data migration project Rollout or end to end implementation
  • Experience in Configuration of PA/OM/ Time Management/ Payroll/ Time/ ESS-MSS/ Interfaces/ FIORI APPS
  • Specialized in Time sheet administration is a Must
  • Master Data and Organization Management, Benefits administration of multi plan environments, Time Management and Payroll using CATS and other third party payroll solutions, Travel expense management through payroll and AP, Personnel Development, Education, Training and Learning Management, Personnel Planning, ESS/MSS with related work flows.
