Job Description :
Responsibilities:
SAP financial systems environment – Lead project initiatives by delegating assignments to billing, accounting, and other assigned staff as necessary in order to carry out project objectives, and collaborating on decisions related to design.
Provide system configuration support for SAP financial applications and related module(s), which includes making changes to system rules, formulas, algorithms and attributes; preparing and maintaining test scripts, transferring changes to quality assurance environment and testing changes to ensure accuracy.
Support the Billing system, staff, and end-users in problem identification and resolution on a routine basis. Support internal and external system end-users in identifying and resolving system-related problems as necessary.
Develop reporting structures and business objects, including ad hoc queries and reports from SAP’s Business Warehouse in support of the Billing staff and evolving business needs. Work directly with technical staff to define requirements for required changes.
Provide support to large governmental customers for electronic data file transfers and output from CCS billing system. Work directly with customer I.T. and billing staff as necessary.
Provide support internal and external system end-users in identifying and resolving system-related problems as necessary.
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Systems Engineering or related business discipline required.
Graduate-level degree preferred.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with SAP ECC with expert knowledge in SAP Finance module, CCS/billing module and Business Warehouse reporting system required
Experience with SAP FICA, ISU Billing, and Budget modules preferred
Knowledge of the energy/utility industry and its billing concepts, tariffs, and Independent System Operator (ISO) terminology and requirements preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Knowledge of information systems analysis, design, development and testing activities.
Demonstrated ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve problem situations as effectively as possible.
Strong knowledge of information systems analysis, design, development and testing activities.
Strong analytical ability requiring a high degree of attention to detail.
Strong collaboration mindset with an ability to cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders, peers, and teams.
