JOB Description:
· SAP C4HANA/C4C Functional Consultant (Sales & Service) with 7+ Years of relevant Experience.
· SAP Certifications in C4 HANA/C4C Sales Cloud will be an added advantage.
· Hands-on Sales and/or Service in C4HANA/C4C and have done at least one end-to-end implementations.
· Basic knowledge of C4HANA suite and Integration with S4 using CPI
· Strong consultancy experience and proven knowledge of basic Sales, Service and processes of C4HANA/C4C.Must be aware of CRM business process.
· Hands-on on scoping, fine tuning, adaptation, page layouts, ID mapping, code list mapping, catalogue, routing rules etc.
· Must have hands-on experience, good knowledge on SAP C/4HANA Sales processes including: Opportunity Management, Order to Cash Process, Lead Management, Quotation with ERP pricing, Fiori Mash-up Integration.
· Good hands-on experience on Master Data replication from S4 and monitoring web services in C4C.
· Hands-on approval process, configuring workflow rule.
· Configuring business role, access restrictions, code list restriction.
· Configuring communication arrangement, communication system and scenarios.
· Must have experience in preparing, Business Design Documents, Functional specification documents and Test cases
· Must have experience in requirement gathering workshops.
· Proven capabilities in integrating C4HANA/C4C tenant with other SAP/Non-SAP systems as under Integration process implementation experience across related applications (SAP/Non-SAP) with C4HANA/C4C.
· Must have Knowledge of Data migration and Data workbench.
· Should have an excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Should have experience in AMS process and have handled at least one AMS project.
· Should be able to relocate to Synergy55 location, Chicago
· Should be able to provide On Call/Weekend Support for P1/P2
