Role: SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) Architect

Looking for a SAP SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecyle and Performance (SLP) Consultant ( Solutions Architect (Tech)). The ideal candidate will be part of SAP HCM, finance and logistics team. This position will assist the ERP Support Division with modernizing and reengineering SAP functions and provide as needed production system support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent hands on experience with SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecyle and Performance (SLP) Consultant with a good understanding of SAP ERP 6.0 application design and integration. Candidate should have good experience in business process design and development in the Public Sector. A good understanding of SAP system architecture is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into system requirements is key to be successful in this role.
Overall Experience level: 3-4 years of in-depth knowledge and consulting experience in the SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecyle and Performance (SLP) module with clients in the financial / public sector industry
As a SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecyle and Performance (SLP) Consultant, your focus will include, but not be limited to:
· The ideal candidate will have experience in the SLP modules of SAP Strategic Sourcing. The candidate will need to demonstrate breadth of experience and ability to work in multiple modules simultaneously; we are a small team with a large support footprint.
· Three years SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing experience, preferably in a public sector environment.
· Experience testing custom interfaces between SAP Ariba and ECC and 3rd party software platforms.
· Strong understanding of master data and transaction integration between Ariba and ECC
· Ariba Strategic Sourcing tasks include:
o SLP: Create unit test case documentation
o SLP: Execute unit test cases and record results
o SLP: Defect logging and resolution
o SLP: Liaison with Business Process Coordinators to create, execute, record user acceptance testing
o Contracts: Create unit test case documentation
o Contracts: Execute unit test cases and record results
o Contracts: Defect logging and resolution
o Contracts: Liaison with Business Process Coordinators to create, execute, record user acceptance testing
· Experience in SAP system development lifecycle from understanding of requirements to proper design techniques, configuration, writing specifications, testing, and documentation as needed.
· Knowledgeable in SAP industry best business practices. Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to properly communicate and document findings, proposals, solutions, and analyses as developed.
· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work with a team as well as contribute individually, and follow standards and strict change control procedures.
· Able to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner with minimum direction; must be a self-starter.
Requirements:

Top 3 must have:
· Three years SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing experience, preferably in a public sector environment.
· Experience in suppliers, contracts, and purchasing documents including requisitions, purchase orders.
· Experience conducting end-user training and change management for complex projects.
