- Define the Service and Community Cloud Architectures
- Assist in developing the approach to integrating with Marketing Cloud
- Determine the best approach to triggering and executing Marketing Communications from Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Describe how to utilize Salesforce best practices to implement the requirements primarily through configuration and minimal custom development
- Develop the solution design documents for the Service and Community Cloud Solutions
- Conduct design walkthroughs
- 6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Extensive experience architecting and building enterprise scale applications on Service and Community Clouds
- Hands on development and architect experience in custom development with Salesforce Lightning
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
- Highly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platform
