Job Description:
As a Salesforce Lightning Developer, you will be working in a creative agile team to design, develop, test and deploy state-of-the-art Salesforce Lightning Applications. Requires a bachelor''s degree and minimum of 5 years of experience developing and administering Salesforce applications. Has demonstrated expertise administering Profiles, Permission Sets and Sharing Rules across multiple SFDC Orgs and developing low-code capabilities including Custom Objects, Flows, Process Builder, Approvals, Paths and Custom Reports among others.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of Apex programming, or object-oriented programming (OOP) equivalent experience. Expertise in the design and development of custom objects and data models that use master-child and lookup relationships. Experience in the development of lightning web components (lwc) and lightning components.
Requirements:
The candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce data security, including profiles, permission sets, territories, role hierarchies and managed sharing.
Resource should have experience with Salesforce DX (sfdx) and scratch Orgs for development, unit testing of application components, and subsequent deployment across SFDC Orgs in a Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) release train.
5+ years of experience developing and administering Salesforce applications.
5+ years of Apex programming, or object-oriented programming equivalent such as Java and .NET.
Strong communication, analytical and agile skills to gather, analyze and implement customer-defined user stories and requirements.
3+ years of experience in User-Centered Design and User Experience (UX) for the design of simple and complete page layouts, record layouts and lightning web components.
Ability to explain analysis of solution alternatives and provide recommendations for implementation.
Specific qualifications for the Salesforce Lightning Developer will include:
Hands-on Salesforce developer with Salesforce DX experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to produce working code in an agile team.
Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates in a particular Salesforce capability.
Experience in the efficient development of user interface mockups and proof-of-concept capabilities for agile, iterative review of customer.
Experience defining acceptance criteria for user stories and unit tests and delivering working code in agile sprints.
Research implementation alternatives for the implementation of custom capabilities using lightning components and lightning web components.
Experience implementing batch jobs and associated handlers.
Education: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in developing and administering Salesforce applications, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. In-depth knowledge in Salesforce application administration and development and ability to identify, apply, and implement Salesforce best practices. Strong collaboration and communication skills for Agile Software Development.
Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in the development and testing of Lightning Web Components (LWCs) including associated HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Experience in Managed Sharing, were application logic implements dynamic access control of records, columns and rows based on run-time properties of objects.
Applied experience in the implementation of Apex object-oriented code and patterns.
Expertise in the implementation and consumption of REST and SOAP web services in Salesforce.
Experience using MuleSoft for data integration.
Expertise and experience implementing Salesforce single-sign-on (SSO) with external systems using SAML is a plus.
