Salesforce FSL Architect

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce FSL Architect to design and implement scalable Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. The role involves leading architecture design, optimizing field service operations, and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions on Salesforce
  • Define architecture, data models, and solution design for field service processes
  • Configure and customize FSL components (Service Appointments, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies)
  • Optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, and security
  • Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide enhancements for existing implementations
  • Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Strong experience with Salesforce platform and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce configuration
  • Deep understanding of FSL data model and scheduling optimization
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, FSL certification)
  • Experience with mobile workforce solutions and offline capabilities
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud and related Salesforce products
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD for Salesforce)
  • Experience in industries like telecom, utilities, or field services
