Job Description ::

Data Architecture & Design
- Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce data models.
- Define object relationships, schema design, and data governance standards.
- Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Ensure optimal use of standard vs. custom objects.
- Establish naming conventions and data design best practices.
Data Integration & Migration
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, HR, Finance, Marketing tools, etc.).
- Define integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, MuleSoft).
- Lead data migration strategies from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Ensure data mapping, transformation, and validation accuracy.
Data Governance & Quality
- Implement data quality frameworks (deduplication, validation rules, normalization).
- Define master data management (MDM) strategy.
- Establish data stewardship processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Salesforce Certified Data Architect (Strong plus)
- Salesforce Platform experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Large Data Volume (LDV) experience
- API & Integration expertise
- Data modeling tools (ERWin, Lucidchart, etc.)
- SOQL optimization knowledge
- ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend)
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
