Salesforce Business Analyst * Requires a bachelor-s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant work experience in business analysis, systems analysis and/or testing background.
* 5-6 years of direct Business Analyst experience.
* Must be able to gather requirements to create test cases, test scripts, test plans, & user stories for upper management and cross functional team review. Presenting these findings (virtually) to 30+ team members is required (prior experience presenting to stakeholders is required)
* Must be able to present findings to upper management and stakeholders (Solid communication skills are critical)
* Demonstrated ability to elicit, document, analyze and verify requirements.
* Experience in or expose to business process analysis, Workflow, task analysis, user acceptance testing and requirements analysis.
* Must demonstrate understanding of industry standard Business Analysis Best Practices.
Preferred:
*Java to Salesforce migration experience (or direct exp with both tools individually)
*Jira
*Facets
*Healthcare Insurance experience
