Ability to Lead and Manage requirement gathering sessions, meetings and presentations.

Work with customers and client stakeholders and be able to understand the application topology and business flow and document the requirements

Work directly with technologists to develop use cases

Should be able to do Gap Analysis between 2 different applications on different technologies and document the gaps as Business Requirements.

Should be able to drive requirements from start to finish. Should show qualities of being a successful Leader.

Execute high quality deliverables across all phases (inception through user acceptance testing). To include: identifying and optimally defining process flows and user interface use cases.

Have complete understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and also be aware of the responsibilities of a Business Analyst in each phase of the SDLC from intake to post production.

Support development team on translation of functional requirements

Validate that Technical design solution is per the business specification

Plan and execute user acceptance testing

Requirements definition and documentation

Identify and involve key stakeholders

Identify and interview internal/external subject matter expert

Experience and Skills:

Must be Salesforce Admin Certified. Having Salesforce Sales Certification is desirable.

Should be well versed with Agile methodology. Having Certifications will be preferable

Extensive business analysis experience to drive the business requirements and vision

Experience soliciting, gathering, analyzing, user input and requirements

Experience creating wireframe documents

Experience authoring Business requirements definition and related documentation

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks
