Title: Salesforce BA and QA Lead [BizID#6478] Location: Atlanta, GA Experience: 9+ years Job Description: Soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements Creating wireframe documents with information architecture Authoring requirements, definition and related documentation Experience working with creative and technical project teams Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, build and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report results Participate in feature design with product owner and development lead. Act as a leader with vision for the QA team, always focusing on solving problems and implementing solutions Communicate daily with internal teams, onshore and offshore, as well as customers and partners. Able to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using good judgment in decision-making Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with strong analytical, problem solving and project management ability Organized and detail-oriented; able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks within deadlines in a dynamic environment Ensuring adherence to testing standards and guidelines
