Role: Salesforce Architect Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: Contract Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of configuration and custom development experience, with Salesforce Communities implementation experience. Experience coding in APEX. Experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and web applications on Salesforce. Demonstrable skills on web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or Ajax) and Web Services (RESTful, SOAP Programming experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate Preferred qualifications: Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce Technical Architect certification. Understand software implementation lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support Experience with SalesforceDX. Experience integrating Salesforce with 1p and 3p business applications using point-to-point solutions or integration platforms. Configuration experience using Salesforce's point-and-click application administration interface. Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders across all levels, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and a data-driven approach. Responsibilities Guide the India development team on LWC best practices, provide design & code reviews and provide engineering guidance & oversight when building innovative solutions on Salesforce. Interface with the product management team and clients in the US to understand requirements and propose solution options and architecture designs. Develop, test and deploy custom capabilities within Salesforce instances using Apex and Lightning technologies. Author design documents and present design reviews. Ensure code is written and tested using defined coding and testing standards and frameworks. Own Salesforce deployments and release documentation for the project. Partner cross functionally with customers, partners and other members of the team to refine feature requests and provide demos of the built solutions. Provide technical expertise and leadership to help inform the project roadmap. Own day to day monitoring, administration and first line bug fixing of our Salesforce instance on this project.
