Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will define architecture standards, guide technical teams, and ensure alignment between business requirements and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Platform Clouds.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs.
Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security models.
Lead solution design, code reviews, and best practices implementation.
Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers.
Maintain architectural documentation and design standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing architecture.
Experience with integration tools and patterns (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management for Salesforce.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Salesforce Architect certifications (System Architect, Application Architect, or CTA).
Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
Agile/Scrum experience.
