LOCATION : REMOTE (WFH BUT 1 DAY IN WEEK HAVE TO COME OFFICE)

EXPERIENCE : 10+ YEARS

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into defined requirements

Manages successful software releases for Salesforce and Surfaces apps.

Ensures quality software and documentation deliverables from both Business Analysts and developers.

Leads scrum calls with development and product owners to ensure assigned tasks are completed, plan new tasks, remove roadblocks and escalate issues.

Tracks project milestones: adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet project goals and customer needs.

Identifies opportunities to optimize business and technology processes

Requirements:

Proven background in project managing Salesforce implementations

Strong understanding of Scrum and/or Agile principles and methodologies

Ability to multi-task easily to accommodate changing priorities

Ability to work with users and communicate issues to them

Salesforce Administrator certification preferred

PMP certification desired

SCRUM Master certification is a plus
