Job Description:
Manager is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management expert to support SailPoint IIQ. Primary responsibility is to support the L3 team, during weekly releases , application migration , troubleshoot and resolving PROD Incidents , Perform Ad-hoc data requests , Perform Certification activation, Validation and support issues during the various certification campaigns.

- Person must have a good understanding of the release management process with strong SailPoint IIQ technical knowledge.
- 4+ years of development experience in sail point IIQ Implementation, Configuration, Customization and deployment in an enterprise environment.
- 3 + Years of experience in Writing and troubleshooting rules, workflows, custom connectors.
- Operational experience with a good understanding of Change / Incident management processes.
- Solid understanding of different Sailpoint Certifications , Life Cycle events and Roles.
- Strong experience with the following programming languages: java, Bean Shell ,SQL.
- Experience working in Unix/Linux platforms.
- Strong Experience with Oracle database , writing complex queries.
- Familiarity with IT security and risk management.
- Experience with directories AD, LDAP.
- Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining effective internal IAM control processes and procedures.
- Prepare reports and artifacts for internal and external audits. Automate process to identify access discrepancies and remediate the issues.
- Excellent problem solving ,troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently or in conjunction with a team.
