Responsibilities include:
Design, develop and implement RPA solutions using UIPath to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
Develop and configure automation processes according to technical requirements and specifications of various applications; design and employ industry best practices and development guidelines
Identifies opportunities for improvement and/or automation of existing processes.
Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues.
Document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans and results, and other deliverables required to implement RPA solutions
Perform Unit Testing and release to technical review and QA
Understand RPA project requirements and design specifications
Raise clarifications to Product Owners/Business Analysts and Application Technical Leads, as applicable
Perform POC's or feasibility checks as necessary to aid design
Address any technical review feedback and defects identified by QA or UAT
Support Test Cycles - QA and UAT
Collaborate and work with team members or vendors
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience using RPA technology (Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath) to design, build, successfully deploy, and maintain automations.
• Extensive experience in automation process and creation of Automation Framework
• Extensive experience in understanding business processes and building automation flow diagrams
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and role of QA.
• Experienced in Agile Software Development environment
• Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation, business and technical requirements, problem-solving, and systems testing
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
