Job Title: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Administrator

Job Description:
Monitors automation anywhere control room and client services on a
daily basis and notifies the support team of any BOT issues.
Works with Automation Anywhere product team and troubleshoots
platform issues.
Monitors the windows infrastructure (terminal, application,
control room, web servers, etc and related services.
Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on the
infrastructure.
Assists the BOT support team to monitor bot runs on Automation
anywhere and resolve production issues.
Monitor tickets assigned in the queue system and resolve them in a
timely manner.
Migrates BOT code between multiple environments to facilitate
testing.
Adheres to the bot delivery/governance framework and performs
change control/ production code migration post approvals.
Maintains user and bot accesses in the Automation anywhere control
room as approved by system and process owners.
Establishes/Monitors code version control through tools like SVN.
Performs scheduled maintenance activities such as server reboot &
software patching.
Partners with other team members to perform a seamless transition
of support during timezone rotation.
Supports the development and maintenance of training plans and
other documentation.
