Role: QA Engineer
Location: Northridge, CA
Duration: 6-12+ Months contract
• 5+ years of Electronics product testing experience preferably in embedded/Medical domain.
• Experience in designing test strategy, test approach and test plan documents.
• Expertise in design and development of test Automation Frameworks.
• Experience in Test Automation of Android or iOS devices using Appium.
• Expertise in API Test Automation using tools such as RestAsured.
• Good Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming Language – Java, Groovy,
• Experience with Unit Test Framework –TestNG/ Junit and other open-source tools.
• Experience working with SCM tools like Git/ SVN.
• Experience in Performance testing and Memory Analysis using tools such as Val grind, Massif or VTunes.
• Understanding or exposure to Internet of Things (IOT) Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
• Ability to use programming tools including Flash Programmer/EPROM Burner, Emulator/Debugger (ICE).
• Experienced with microprocessors and microcontrollers.
• Experience in Bus & Protocol Analyzers such as CATC USB Chief, Wireshark network packet analyser, Beagle I2C/SPI, oscilloscope, mustimeters etc.
• Experience in Performance testing and Memory Analysis using tools such as Val grind, Massif or VTunes.
• Experience in Communication Protocols such as SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface), CAN (Controller Area Network), I2C (Inter Integrated Circuit), JTAG, UART.
