Job Title: Systems Analyst 2
Client: State of Texas
Department: Texas Health and Human Services Commission
Location: Austin, Texas 78751 (Need Locals)
Onsite/Remote: Remote
Duration: 4+ Months
Visa: USC, GC

Additional Information:

  • Candidate MUST have at least 10 years of total IT experience*
  • Candidate MUST be local to Texas.
  • Candidate MUST have any healthcare government clients experience.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. 8 years of Experience in working with varies types of logs, HTTP headers, and web services.
  2. 8 years of Experience in PowerShell scripts and/or Python. Any other similar scripting language will also be considered.
  3. 8 years of Experience in application monitoring and observability for multiple products at a large organization.
  4. 8 years Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  5. 8 years of Experience in creating manuals, reports, documentation, and other written materials

Desirable Skills:

  1. 6 years of Experience Expertly deploying and configuring monitoring tools, such as Splunk and Dynatrace, to industry standards, supporting team members and business owners in optimizing TIERS' availability, performance, and health.
  2. 6 years of Experience integrating cloud technologies with Splunk/Dynatrace and monitoring tools.
  3. 6 years of Experience using Splunk - configuring alerts, knowledge objects, dashboards and writing complex queries.
  4. 6 years of Experience and substantial proficiency in analyzing, diagnosing, and effectively resolving issues related to data communications.
  5. 6 years of Experience in various aspects of information technology (IT) operations, programming, systems/software development, or other IT-related support areas.
