Responsibilities:
* In this role, the ServiceNow Developer will be Integrating Slack and Mirror 3 with ServiceNow, among other apps
* Working with automation (tracks, Triage resolution SSH & PowerShell)
* You will be part of the Business Workflow Automation team that is responsible for turning product requirements into designs, developing implementation plans, developing integrations and automated initiatives for both On-cloud and On-premise platforms
* ServiceNow Developer will be at the forefront of IT operations transformation, delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and user experience improvements
Previous experience developing or working on any of the following:
* Service management framework
* Workflows
* Integrations
* Tool capabilities
* Portals
* Discovery
* Knowledgeable of runbook/orchestration automation
* Proven experience as a key technical resource contributing on the development of solutions in client environment
* Strong customer-centric attitude, with strong interpersonal skills
* An experienced problem solver and a proven team player
* Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
