Information Services is seeking a highly motivated, full-stack developer to join the team. As a member of a cross-functional team, you would work with various areas of the business (including Designers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders) to help produce web and mobile applications for both internal and external use. These apps are used by Priority Health’s nearly 1.2 million members and are critical to their digital experience. Prospective candidates should have a problem-solving mindset, be innovative and flexible, and always keep the member’s best interests in mind.
You would begin your tenure at Spectrum Health focusing on the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) portion of our tech stack. You would be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of web services, while also working to train your fellow developers on the SOA platform. After a period of transition, you would shift your focus to the rest of the stack: web-based applications (written primarily in Angular), native mobile applications (Kotlin and Swift), and RESTful .NET APIs (written in C#).
Skills needed: Java/Springboot, web and mobile application development, and strong mentorship abilities
