Inthis role you will:Assist in the definition of projectscope and objectives,involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibilityPerformrisk management to minimize project risksEnsureresource availability andallocation Assist in the development of functionalrequirements Work with theTechnical Lead to define technical solutions basedon functional requirementsfor each project During procured solutionimplementations manage vendorrelationships and related deliverables Setup andmaintain project progresstracking and report on progress regularly; escalatingto management as neededCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendorsfor the flawlessexecution of project deliverables Manage projects through theapplication ofgenerally accepted project management principles, based in PMIdisciplinesOversee project scope, including the creation of quality businessrequirements,Build and manage project plan and budget, including assistancewith the businesscase, project estimates, and management to the approvedspending

Qualifications
Experienceleading a development team to deliver wide rangeof software applications
Experience in all phases of business and data analysis
Proven comprehension of analytic technology and ability to speak andunderstandin technical terms
Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments
Experience using JIRA, Service Now, RACI, RAIDQ as project tracking andmanagementtools
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experienceinsoftware development and web technologies
Ability to apply project management knowledge to real world scenarios.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Three to five years of Project Manager experience leading technologysoftwaredevelopment and implementation projects in large, complexdevelopmentenvironments with multiple types of development platforms
Ability to develop and manage strong client relationships
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, InformationTechnology,Business Administration or similar
DESIRED SKILLS
Preference may be given to individuals with experience in one or more ofthefollowing areas:
3 years experience in system/software solution development and delivery
Experience working in State or Federal Government and working knowledgeofprocurement, contracting, funding, etc.
Experience with data modeling
Understanding of ETL development
Experience with database design, data modeler, administration and optimization;
Experience in application development, systems administration/engineeringorother technical discipline
PMP certification and a background in Educational IT is a plus
