Job Description:
We are seeking to fill a position for a full-time (or contract to hire), SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Solutions Architect professional
Job Description
This individual will:
Consult with Fortune-1000 clients
Lead requirements gathering and solution design, mapping business and technical requirements to solutions
Lead a technical team that is primarily composed of senior and junior consultants, as well as staff from the client organization
White board solution options to the client and explain pros and cons of each option
Produce high-quality requirements and design documents
Share innovative ideas and challenge the status quo
Divide work streams to team members and enforce best practices in configuration and development.
Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients and fellow consultants
Be willing to travel 3 nights/4 days per week when on out-of-town assignments
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Education and Relevant Experience
JEE
SailPoint IdentityIQ installation, development and configuration
Other Object Oriented development
Knowledge of Beanshell scripting
Identity Management development (any of the tier 1 solutions in the market)
Enterprise roles experience
Access Attestation Automation (a.k.a. Access Re-Certification Automation)
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science, with a solid GPA, or equivalent job experience
Must have good written and verbal communications skills
Strong software engineering/development skills in the following:
Must have at least 5 years of software development experience
Must have at least 3 years of consulting experience
Must have experience in solutioning and integration of multiple technologies together in one solution
Must have at least 5 years’ experience leading teams
Must have 5 years professional experience, most of it working with SailPoint
