Job description:
Strong understanding of Healthcare domain
Strong understanding of Claims and Care Management workflows
Extensive experience with ZeOmega Jiva implementations
Good understanding of multi-tenancy concept and its implementation in Jiva platform
Analyse the business process workflow to implement Jiva
Define scope and develop approach for implementation/ new client onboarding
Liaise between technical staff and business users through implementation/ client onboarding process
Work in onsite-offshore model and support offshore team with the implementation and support initiatives

Job description:
Experience with Healthcare Payer Operations, Claims Processing and deploying an enterprise-class software product in the Healthcare Payer space.
Experience with HealthRules Payor implementations, integrations, conversions and HealthRules iWay
Experience with HealthRules tools, such as HealthRules Designer, HealthRules Manager and HealthRules Admin Tools, HealthRules Answers, Interfaces
Analyse the business process workflow to implement HRP
Define scope and develop approach for implementation/ new client onboarding
Liaison between technical staff and business users through implementation/ client onboarding process
Document current environment specifications
Define SOP for new client onboarding
Experience with Facets will be a plus
