We are seeking an experienced Predictive Analytics Specialist who can design, develop, and deliver data-driven predictive models that support critical business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions. You will be responsible for building models, analyzing complex datasets, and presenting insights in a clear, actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business teams to understand requirements and create predictive analytics strategies.

  • Develop, test, and deploy predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.

  • Analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to extract trends and patterns.

  • Build dashboards and reports that present findings to executives and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Continuously improve models based on performance metrics and real-world feedback.

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analytical processes.

  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to streamline data pipelines and model deployment.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance decision-making.

  • Maintain documentation, methodologies, and best practices for analytical work.

Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, R, SAS, or similar analytics technologies.

  • Proficiency with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large relational or cloud data environments.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex analytic results to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

  • Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

  • Familiarity with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).

  • Background in industries such as finance, healthcare, government, or manufacturing.

  • Experience with model governance, validation, and lifecycle management.

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
