Position: Remote Pharma Project Manager with some Travel to New York, NY
Location: Remote with some Travel to New York, NY
Duration: 6+ months
About Job:
Lead and manage large scale projects across multiple geographies (US & International markets) and coordinate to create a cohesive plan.
Lead the execution and delivery of field force-related projects and coordinate across different market unit leads to create the future roadmap for product enhancement and grooming.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meets the specified quality standards.
Have a good understanding of US and International Pharma commercial data such as IQVIA Sales, MIDAS, MMIDAS, DDD, Market Access, Payer, and Provider etc.
Good understanding of Pharma commercial business and knowledge about US & International markets such as Europe, China, Japan, etc.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as other vendors, development team, testing, BI team, etc.
Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution.
Lead the refinement and enhancement of existing products through continuous assessment, feedback, competitive positioning, and performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and implement product improvements and innovations.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure effective communication channels between all stakeholders.
Establish KPIs and metrics to track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management.
Implement best practices and continuous improvements in project management.
Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.
Should have very good knowledge of Project Management tools, JIRA and Confluence.
