Roundel – advertising campaigns for their clients
CRM systems, order management, task management – anything that a business needs to run
Order management – an end to end media buying and planning (the internal tool they leverage) They are exploring different solutions so these many changes
A candidate who has experience with order mgmt. systems
System Admin in digital advertising
Power-user in order management (1-3 years) 5-7 in digital advertising
Prisma or Mediaocean a must-have – Bionic Ads is an alternative
Working closely with the business owner
Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the health of our order management operations to make Target first-to-market in the advertising media space.
(An order refers to committed Vendor funded advertising campaigns via managed and/or self-serve capabilities
Assist with enhancements that improve the end to end order management process and technical systems (licensed and/or Target proprietary)
Technical and administrative system admin tasks for Roundel’s order management system(s), such as adjustments to system configuration and new data flows.
Execute the compliance and governance practice and ensure it is maintained.
Lead training programs for all Roundel stakeholders.
Develop business health dashboards and reports.
Bachelor degree required (4 years)
5-7 years related industry experience
1-3 years of experience with order management software, Prisma/Mediaocean preferred
Experience in SAAS configuration (Prisma or like solution) using validation rules, Workflow Rules, Flows, Process Builders, roles & profiles, security features, custom settings, custom apps and objects, formula fields, custom views, and other features of intermediate complexity
Computer science or data analytics background preferred
Experience working with middleware tools, integrations, and APIs
Strong analytical skills and data acumen
Exceptional troubleshooting skills
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
