Location: Plano, TX / Remote for initial 3 months

Duration: 12+ Months

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Brief - Seeking a qualified Experienced Oracle Database Developer

Responsibilities Include:-

Design database modules.
Performance tuning of database code (SQL & PLSQL)
Perform code deployments (db code) in all environments
Perform schema refreshes and creating new schemas
Coordinate with Physical DBA teams for design and operational tasks
Perform post production support, tuning and bug fixes
Resolve database related outages
Perform the database import and export as per development request.
Purging data in Production and user credential maintenance as per business requirements.
Unix Scripting for monitoring DBA jobs and other DB related request from the Application user.
Creating new Packages and Oracle Procedure/Function depending upon Application or Project requirement.
Execute Scripts in Development and Production Environment.
Monitor DB jobs and Golden Gate Replication.

Required Skills & Experience

Must have 5-6 years of Oracle Database experience
Excellent communication , Technical and Analytical skills
Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture.
Hands on Experience in Production database migration from On-Prem Oracle RAC to cloud
Expert with setting up Golden Gate Hub
Worked on the Extract and Replicate process
Worked on mapping rules as necessary for GG sync

Qualifications :-

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Computer Information Systems or its equivalent with relevant experience

Certifications :-

Oracle Certified Professional, Certified Oracle database Administrator
