Job Title: Backend Java Spring Engineer

Location: Frisco, TX
Job Description:

As a Backend Java Spring Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance
of our backend systems. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, architects,
and product managers to design, implement, and optimize the backend components of our
applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our products
while working with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Java Spring-based backend applications and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, and architecture.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues in the backend systems.
  • Optimize and improve existing code for better performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 8+ years in Java Spring development.

  •  Develop and maintain Java-based backend systems and applications using Java 17, Spring Boot,
    Spring Cloud, and Spring WebFlux.

  • Strong knowledge of software design patterns, best practices, and clean code principles.

  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

  • Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
