IT Application Developer - Cloud
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Position type: W2 contract (Direct hire)
Interview mode: onsite in-person 45 min interview for NJ candidates, There will be 2 rounds of Interviews, 1st will be for 1 hour for technical, and second round will be in person for Jersey City, Nj location

Description: The role requires expertise including hands-on experience with server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing to architect and maintain high availability production systems in Public/Private Cloud environments. Experience with secure, infrastructure deployment in the cloud using Agile and DevOps concepts is highly desired. Full infrastructure stack and lifecycle experience with enterprise DNS and load balancing, DMZ application behavior including firewall connectivity and external interfaces, Identity and Access management (IAM), domain controllers, security controls for the Public Cloud, monitoring tools and agents, OS images and hardening, distributed and parallel file systems including disk encryption, and software installation, configuration and patching is highly desired. The ideal candidate would have a developer background and experience in automation and scripting with hands on experience with Azure Resource Manager, ARM Templates, Azure Policies, Python and Terraform.
