Job Title: QA /Functional Testing

7+ years of experience in testing application
5+ years of experience in Banking and financial domain
Experience in loans will be a value add
Good knowledge in Microsoft Azure DevOps
2-4 years with analytical and research skills necessary to compile and analyze relevant data and present performance or capacity impact of business requirements.
Represents team in major collaborative efforts and on key IT and Company objectives.
Excellent understand of the SDLC process and familiar with the various testing methodologies (eg: SCRUM, Kanban, TDD, BDD and Squad Models).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must adhere to corporate/team etiquette
Deliverables:
The senior test lead contributes to the overall success of the individual goals, plans, and initiatives that supports team's business strategies and objectives.
Reviews application requirements/ User Stories and project documentation and asks follow-up questions as needed to gain a full understanding of requirements/Feature/Epic
Ability to work with the Scrum Master, participate in ceremonies and represent the Quality Assurance team. Prioritize test conditions by working closely with the project team to determine priorities
Should have strong experience in Software Testing Life Cycle
Design and manage end-to-end testing activities for various projects across the business lines
Should have strong experience in functional, automation, ETL, API testing
Should have strong experience working in Azure DevOps
Well verse in preparing estimations, metrics, and walkthrough to stake holders
Analyze projects and should work towards delivering value add to client with innovative solutions
Should be capable of providing technical help to the team members
Collaborate work with different testing teams and ensure testing standards and client expectations are met
Implement QA standards, policies and communicate QA schedule.
Identify risks that may impact project timeline or success and provide regular status updates to the squad team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ensures QA standards are maintained and followed across the projects and phases.
Provides feedback to project team and other internal customers on the production readiness
Responsible for creating high level, mid-level and low-level planning documents for team as needed
Identifies and analyses the Risk at an early stage of the project and come up with mitigation plans as needed
Be flexible and creative in handling multiple activities and contentions in priorities. Takes initiative to resolve issues and tackle roadblocks.
Maintain an advanced level of knowledge and expertise on Test management tools and quality assurance concepts and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative methodologies).
