JOB DESCRIPTION
• Create next generation experience and relationship management solutions for key healthcare stakeholders and insurance companies
• Create Customer Journey maps for key user personas
• Work with internal and external stakeholder to identify and document provider relationship stories for healthcare payers.
• Direct and indirect participation in the requirements collection, understanding and documentation of the project business needs
• Develop and Maintain Functional Requirement Documents, uses various flow diagrams to explain the requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex data structure and provide data insights.
• Identifies client priorities and works with business stakeholders to create use case documents for customer review and sign off.
• Provides business scenarios, screen designs, report designs, and test case scenarios • Storyboarding user vision and scenarios
• Prototyping of the system using various prototyping tools and modeling business processes and scenarios
• Collaborate with Development and QA team in design, implementation, testing and final roll-out of the system
• Review modifications, enhancements, and test results with client as a part of User Acceptance Testing
• Assist with project logistics, stakeholder communications, and support operational execution.
• Closely work with product clients, create proposals, estimate, communicate with senior stakeholders in the team, and always stay on top of the big picture.
• Willingness to assist the team with a wide variety of tasks and rally them to success.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
• Payer healthcare domain experience, especially with respect to Provider Data Management, provider processes such as network management, credentialing and claims processing.
• Must have demonstrable analytical skills, to analyze different business processes, ascertain why they are done, and imagine better, efficient and innovative ways of achieving better results.
• Product development background working product development organizations preferred.
• Expert level using storyboarding tools, prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, agile and/or scrum tools.
• Expert level with MS PPT, Excel, Word, Visio/Lucid or other business process documentation tools.
• Must have good SQL hands-on experience and data structure concepts to analyze and provide data insights.
• Speaks, writes clearly and articulates very well. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communications, including email. • Ability to firmly manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management. EDUCATION • Bachelor’s Degree
