Summary: Seeking a skilled IDBS Developer to design, develop and implement seamless data exchange integration between LabVantage LIMS and IDBS E-Workbook. Should have hands-on experience in Laboratory informatics and Enterprise application integration, with a strong understanding of LIMS workflow, MasterData and IDBS ELN platform. This role focuses on automating the retrieval of Sample Details from LabVantage LIMS into IDBS ELN and transmission of result data from IDBS ELN to LabVantage LIMS
Roles and responsibilities:
Design and implement integration workflow in IDBS ELN to retrieve sample metadata from LabVantage
Design and implement functionality to Integrate IDBS LIMS with lab instruments
Design and implement functionality to push analytical results from IDBS ELN to LabVantage
Design IDBS ELN connectors and drivers
Skills:
3+ years of experience with IDBS E-Workbook development in developing connectors, drivers and mappings
Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, Java, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, XML, EXCEL
Understanding lab informatics processes and regulatory compliance (CFR Part 11)
Experience in application integration tools
Experience in Instrument integration (direct instruments and file based instruments) with Lab Applications
Experience in working with middlewares like LabX, SDMS
