Role: DB Architect/ETL (Cassandra/any NoSQL exp MUST)
Location: for now REMOTE (Would need to relocate to Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA or Atlanta, GA when in person work begins from the client end)

Required Skills:
· 15+ years of "Hands On" experience in Software Development life cycle (SDLC) and in Data integration, analysis, design, data replication, data lineage, modelling and implementation of business logic including Data warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies.
· At least 1 Large scale SQL to NoSQL (Preferably Oracle to Cassandra) migrations/implementation experience
· Extensive experience in creating packages, stored procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views and other database objects using SQL, PL/SQL programming.
· Knowledge in oracle PLSQL constructs nested tables, associative arrays, records, arrays and dynamic SQL and analytical functions, Hierarchical queries, Bulk Binding.
· Good Hands On experience in PL/SQL including Packages, procedures/functions, database triggers, EXPLAIN PLAN, Hints, PL/SQL Collections, Ref cursors, Performance Tuning, co-related queries, complex joins for existing and new programs.
· Very good working knowledge in of the following types of DBs - SQL DBs, NoSQL (Cassandra Required)
· Minimum 5+ years of extensive experience in working with Cassandra DB, creating Db Schemas, DB Mappings etc.
· Working knowledge in the following types of DBs & Caching will be preferred - In-Memory DBs (Memcached etc.), Document DBs ( CosmosDB, MongoDB etc.), Time Series DBs (Prometheus, InfluxDB, eXtremeDB, Druid etc.) & Redis
· Strong understanding/knowledge of Data Modelling (Physical, Logical, Conceptual), Dimensional modelling in Data warehouse environment such as star schema and snow flake schema.
· Good knowledge of utilizing metadata management tools for business, technical and operational metadata (ASG, Informatica, Collabra, Erwin, Oracle etc.)
· Demonstrated experience and competency in Data Warehouse and ETL concepts and Working knowledge of ETL
· Experience in Performance tuning, writing complex SQL queries and Partitioning.
