Looking for Candidates with previous BPM/Analyst experience related to pensions, retirement, government, teachers compensation, related to system modernization initiatives. Visio required. ServiceNow and Azure DevOps very nice to have.
Looking for someone out small to mid-size company (NOT someone out of large financial institutions like Fiserv, JPMC, Zurich etc.)
Someone out of a Pension Benefit company, or a State or Local government department (like the State of KS, State of OH etc.) who has worked on retirement or pension systems is what they are looking for.
This person will work on the team that handles the systems related to retirement pensions. Candidates with previous BPM/Analyst experience related to pensions, retirement, government, teachers compensation, or system modernization initiatives are required.
Note from the manager - We use a proprietary BPM tool, but candidates need to be versed in several tools. Also they need to know Visio. All the systems are proprietary too. If they have experience using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps that's highly preferred.
