Need Local to MI
Duties:
- Identifying and describing business outcomes and associated processes
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for each capability
- Validating alignment with overall HR strategy and operations
- Conduct working sessions with process owners and subject matter experts, in-person and via MS Teams
- Document detailed Level 3 capabilities, processes, and outcomes
- Capture key KPIs relevant to performance measurement
- Provide inputs to the consolidated HR Capability Map deliverable
- Completed Level 3 Capability Maps for assigned domains
- Documentation of associated business processes and KPIs
- Summary presentation of findings and recommendations
- Participation in review and validation sessions with HR leadership
Skills Required:
HR Background is mandatory
Workday experience is mandatory
Experience in documenting and formalizing benefits, compensation, and development processes.
Experienced in defining KPIs and how they re measured
