We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Configure and customize Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) based on requirements.
Work closely with developers and administrators to implement solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deployment.
Create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM processes.
Experience with requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst).
Experience with data migration and integration projects.
Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.
