JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with Product stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements for product Telemetry data.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Documentation: Create detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Product stakeholders and the implementation team, ensuring clear and effective communication. Collaborate with developers, designers, and quality assurance teams to facilitate the successful delivery of software solutions.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes and ensure data integrity within applications. Identify data-driven insights to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements to contribute to the evolution of the application engineering process.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with business objectives.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and aligning with legal regulations.
- Work in an Agile environment practicing industry standard processes and tooling to deliver work faster, which include the participation in team sprints, retrospective meetings, and key partner discussions.
- Partnering with internal operational, architectural and security teams to understand inter dependencies
