As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) and leader, this role focuses on establishing strong delivery practices and executing diverse projects to support the company’s global growth during its hyper-growth phase. Requires 3 days onsite each week.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple technical projects, ensuring delivery excellence and risk mitigation.
- Oversee project plans, resources, budgets, and cross-team communications.
- Maintain a deep technical understanding and clear reporting to all organizational levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/information systems.
- 5+ years in technical project/program management.
- 3+ years’ experience in implementing Salesforce CPQ
- Expert in Agile/Scrum, PMO best practices, and project tools (Jira, Smartsheet).
