4-6 Years of QA experience in Bigdata Ecosystem -Hortonworks (HiveQL, HDFS), Sqoop, Spark, Kafka
• Knowledge in Shell Scripting/Unix
• Strong skills in various data validation methodologies between source and target of various formats ? Automation capabilities in handling validation of complex files like Json, XML, Parquet
• Strong experience in test management tools
• Teradata SQL Assistant, Zena Scheduler
• Tools such as XMLSPY, Winscp, Putty, Notepad++, Ultraedit etc
• SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum ? PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
• Azure basic knowledge is a plus
• Experienced in Onsite/Offshore model
• Individual Contributor, flexible to work in multiple projects and works independently
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, written and communication skills.
