Requirement:

At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology
At least 8 years of experience as a business analyst on progressively complex solutions, especially in CRM.
At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce.com.
Must have thorough knowledge about Salesforce capabilities and functional flow. Should be able to clearly articulate requirements in Salesforce fitment and format.
Extensive Salesforce configuration and Administration experience. Working knowledge of Salesforce customization and development using technologies
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Experience of client interviews / JAD sessions/requirements workshop execution
Veeva CRM Hands-on experience for every module and need some Pharma Experience
Veeva CRM Knowledge and Salesforce Knowledge must
Agile knowledge



JD

Client Interviews/JAD Sessions/requirement workshop execution
UAT planning and coordination, help in End User Training
Organize Show and Tell Sessions
Work with the technical delivery team and coordinate with them



Skills/Nice to Have

Life Science Domain knowledge
Life Science Pharma Domain knowledge

Salesforce Admin Certification

Veeva CRM Certification
