Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design and development of enterprise-level Pega applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining architecture solutions, ensuring technical integrity, and providing thought leadership across agile development teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end Pega applications.
 
Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with best practices and Pega guardrails. Serve as the Pega subject matter expert across projects and teams.
 
Guide and mentor junior architects and developers.
 
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure effective delivery.
 
Define integration strategies with external systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, databases).
 
Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Pega applications.
 
Ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of solutions.
 
Participate in architecture reviews and governance forums.
 
Required Qualifications
 
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) required.
 
8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years working with Pega PRPC platform (v7.x and v8.x).
 
Deep knowledge of Pega frameworks (Case Management, Decisioning, Customer Service, etc.).
 
Experience with Pega application lifecycle, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
 
Expertise in designing and integrating Pega with enterprise applications.
 
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
 
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management.
 
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
