Job Description :

  • Design, build, and optimize AI Agents and Conversational Chatbots.
  • Implement NLP/NLU models to deliver human-like interactions.
  • Integrate chatbots with enterprise platforms, APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Continuously improve accuracy, personalization, and scalability of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business use cases.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Rasa, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
  • Experience with chatbot platforms and conversational AI architectures.
  • Solid programming skills in Python/JavaScript with exposure to cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and dialogue management.
