Communicate and present complex analytics results and concepts to leadership and internal stakeholders. Employ AI and/or ML that may include natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), semantic understanding, intent classification, computer vision, deep learning, and automatic speech recognition (ASR).Applies deep learning technologies to give computers the capability to visualize, learn and respond to complex situations. May adapt machine learning to areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics and other products that allow users to have an interactive experience. Work with large scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems. Employees in this role are expected to apply knowledge of experimental methodologies, statistics, optimization, probability theory and machine learning using code for tool building, statistical analysis, using both general purpose software and statistical languages., REPORTS TO: Director, Information Systems, , WORK SCHEDULE: Primarily Monday-Friday days, 40 - 50 hours per week, , QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training/Experience, 8+ years of total experience, 3+ years of work experience in AI projects with deployment of AI based projects in production., Good Understanding of Agentic AI, and Agentic Frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain), Knowledge and Experience of working with Large Language Models, RAG, Transformers etc, Develop sophisticated ML models to create new data samples, patterns, or content based on existing data or inputs, Should have a working experience of AI/ML projects deployed in Production., Experience implementing multiple machine learning and AI techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, Deep learning, NLP, Proficiency with cloud development environments such as Azure Proficiency with experience in ML and NLP, Comprehensive knowledge and experience of Azure/AWS services for AI/ML Projects (Databricks, AKS/EKS, ADF, Cognitive Services etc, Logic Apps, Power Automate etc.), Proven good grasp of using LLMs, Deploying LLMs Proficiency in libraries such as Hugging face and OpenAI API, Conduct model testing, validation, and optimization to enhance performance, Proven experience in containerizing AI/ML projects., Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions, Collaborate with stakeholders to preprocess, analyze, and interpret extensive datasets, Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and practices, Orchestration and management of containers in production environments for AI/ML projects, Proven strategic thinking in systems capacity planning, hardware and software updates, and migration, Solid programming skills in Python, Familiarity with AIML governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices, Proven track record in resolving code vulnerabilities, , Preferred Skills:, Certifications in AI/ML, Knowledge of Git Management, Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), Knowledge of UAIS and MLRB, Experience in high level cloud architecture design for AI/ML projects, , ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:, , PHYSICAL REQUIRMENT: Repetitive use of hands and fingers (i.e., use of computer keyboard and telephone/cell phone). Model Development & Deployment, o Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms into production environments, o Apply deep learning technologies for tasks such as computer vision, NLP, NLU, ASR, and semantic understanding., 2. AI Frameworks & Tools, o Work with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph., o Optimize and quantize GenAI models, including those using RAG, Transformers, and VectorDBs, 3.
