Roles & Responsibilties
You’ll be supporting a topnotch sales team from a technical perspective, while helping end clients achieve successful solutions in their respective businesses.
You will be working as a technical Pre-sales architect to help drive RedHat and IBM CloudPak sales initiatives.
You will support the sales team on client calls as the technical expert that helps identify solutions and services for our customers.
You will help coordinate RFP responses and business planning estimates and will be involved in the entire sales process from initial client contact to post-sales support and follow up.
You will be familiar with similar industry solutions and how they differ.
You will be viewed as a technical industry expert and help build our presence through blogs, white papers and other technical publications.

Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Previous experience working as a client facing solution architect or technical pre-sales
Deep knowledge of RedHat OpenShift
Deep knowledge of IBM CloudPaks
Experience with entire RedHat portfolio (Ansible, RHEL, Satellite, Fuse, etc
Experience (or Certifications) with various Cloud offerings (IBM, Microsoft, Google, etc
Experience working Containerization/Kubernetes technologies
DevOps/Automation familiarity and working knowledge
Hands on Experience in migration of on prem. to cloud
Excellent communication skills and ability to be effective and impactful in a remote working environment
