Job description: The individual will be helping in conducting some internal training for Phenom, Chire/Taleo, LinkedIn etc. Someone who has excellent communication skills, PowerPoint presentations, creating manuals, etc. Prior recruiting experience is plus. Key Responsibilities: - Provide recruiter training for North America Recruiting Team - Maintain and/or update existing training materials - Designing, developing and documentation of Taleo training materials to ensure effective use of the Taleo Recruiting system - Develop new training modules and presentations - Develop video training - Coordinate trainings with external vendors - Maintain training records for recruitment team - Provide support developing the training guide - Serve as the first level of support for recruiters and recruiting coordinators with regard to the Taleo system process, providing direction and guidance - Serve as liaison between end users, Core Taleo team, and Technical Support Team. - Log issues and work with Oracle and recruiting users to support resolution. - Support upgrades of the Taleo application by conducting testing and validation, and documenting new functionality for training Required Qualifications: - Previous experience as a trainer, delivering virtual training and in-person training - Previous experience with recording trainings - Possess excellent English writing communication skills - Provide excellent customer service - Be Microsoft Office proficient - Be able to work independently and with a team - Function well in a virtual working environment - Have strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Experience with Taleo Recruiting (Enterprise Edition) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with recruiting process - Comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes
