Job Title : Help Desk Support Specialist

**Role Overview:**

The Helpdesk Support Specialist provides client support and administrative duties via a centralized help desk for AF TENCAP’s classified and unclassified systems. The role serves as the primary IT support touchpoint, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving user issues, configuring mobile communication devices, managing service tickets, and coordinating with internal and external agencies to ensure service continuity across multiple security domains (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and Commercial Networks).

**Required Qualifications:**

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk or client support administrator role.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting across various operating systems including Windows and UNIX.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and DoD secure communications systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as PowerBI, MS Teams (DoD/AFNET-approved).
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under minimal supervision.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
