Currently we are seeking a qualified individual to join our consulting practice as a Quality and Compliance Manager for our client, a state government agency. 

Position Responsibilities:

The Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for the following:

·       Ensuring completion of all Quality and Compliance responsibilities for a large, enterprise-wide system implementation, including:

o   Monitoring and reporting on project compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

o   Evaluating project performance by identifying, monitoring, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators.

o   Supporting project staff during audits and assessments.

o   Monitoring and reporting on vendor compliance with the established SLA, security requirements, technical requirements, agreed-upon implementation standards and the effectiveness of client hosting services.

o   Establishing and promoting an Overall Quality Philosophy across all aspects of the project.

o   Establishing and overseeing Quality Assurance to ensure the project is operating efficiently and effectively.

o   Establishing and overseeing Quality Control to ensure the solution being implemented is designed and developed in accordance with program scope, functional and technical requirements, and development and industry standards.

o   Monitoring and reporting on the project’s cost of quality.

o   Coordinating closely with the Testing Lead in planning, overseeing, monitoring, and supporting Agency User Acceptance Testing for the solution.

·       Monitoring and reporting on the health and effectiveness of the project and solution.

·       Ensuring appropriate knowledge transfer to the client for all Quality and Compliance Oversight activities.

·       Overseeing the work of Mathtech personnel assigned to Quality and Compliance Oversight activities.

Position Requirements:

·       Five (5) years of experience in information systems quality assurance and quality control.

·       Five (5) years of experience in analysis and definition of security requirements.

·       Five (5) years of experience in a leadership role on a major technical implementation project.

·       Three (3) years of experience in verification and validation, software testing and integration, software metrics, and their application to software quality assessment.

·       Three (3) years of experience in technical regulatory compliance management.

·       Demonstrated experience monitoring security in Microsoft Azure.

·       Extensive knowledge of industry regulations including IRS Publication 1075, NIST sp 800-53, and FedRAMP.

·       Superior written and verbal communication skills.
